Most teams have Copilot switched on and barely touch it. Not because it doesn't work — because nobody has ever sat down with them and shown them how to use it on the work they actually do.
That's what this is. Four half-day workshops at our offices, laptops open, guided from start to finish. People bring their own work and leave each session having done something with it. We're running the first cohort as a pilot group at a reduced rate — they help us prove the format, we help them get a genuine return out of the licences they're already paying for.
The foundation — four sessions.
Each one builds on the last, with time in between to put it into practice.
