What it is
The IT Manager Peer Group is a quarterly, peer-led forum for the people running IT inside East Midlands businesses. It’s a room of your counterparts — IT managers, heads of IT, and the people who own technology decisions — talking honestly about what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s coming.
No slides, no pitch. We facilitate and keep it practical; the agenda is shaped by what the group actually wants to talk about.
Who it’s for
IT managers and technology leads at organisations of roughly 20–250 people. Whether you run IT single-handedly or lead a small team, the value is the same: a confidential space to compare notes with people doing the same job.
A typical session
- Round-table — what everyone’s wrestling with this quarter
- A focused topic — chosen by the group (think security posture, Microsoft 365 governance, AI policy, supplier management)
- Open problem-solving — bring something you’re stuck on
- Lunch and informal conversation to finish
Runs 10:00–13:30 at our Eastwood office, with parking on site.
