Step 1: Click the button which says “Remote assist download”
Step 2: A file will be downloaded to your computer, you may see this appear at the bottom of your browser or within your downloads folder. You will need to run this file.
Step 3: Run the file which has been downloaded.
Step 4: Give the 9-digit number to the member of our team so we can connect remotely.
Mac Instructions
