The values instilled into our business and everyone who is a part of it help us to shape how Reformed IT grows. Whether we’re recruiting a new engineer or looking at which clients we are taking on, we reflect each decision against our values to ensure they’re compatible. Anyone who works with us will see these values clearly displayed too.
We feel it’s absolutely vital that our partners have trust in us. In order to build trust, we are honest and transparent in everything we do.
IT moves at a rapid pace and we must ensure that whatever changes, we adapt so that we’re constantly implementing the very best solutions for your business.
Nobody likes to wait for a response. We ensure that we provide prompt and responsive communication to our partners, even if it’s “We’re still on it”.
We evaluate every internal process and system we use to ensure it is efficient. We would rather be spending time helping you than doing internal admin tasks.
The Reformed IT Formula
In order to maintain exceptional standards as we grow, we have set out a formula which will prevent us from diluting the level of service as we gain more and more clients. It’s fairly simple, we will ensure that for each technical specialist, we will only take on 5 business clients at a maximum average size of 50 users per business.
We also limit the number of clients we can acquire each month so that in the vital early stages of the relationship, we can dedicate more time to onboarding and understanding the needs of the business and importantly the people.
