Are you looking for Realtime call reports and statistics from your 3CX systems? Jed-Ware is an advanced call reporting add-on that converts your 3CX data into great and simple looking charts and graphs. Let’s take a look at what Jed-Ware offers.

Wallboards

Wallboards is a great feature within Jed-Ware. You can create your own custom wallboard which you can display on a TV, in an office or a call centre. It helps monitor live call stats such as how many people are waiting in the call queue, the current and average wait time, how many calls have been answered and how many calls have been abandoned.

Daily Overviews

You can see daily overviews of your phone system, which shows you how many calls have been made, both inbound and outbound. You can select what time your day starts and when you want the information to reset within the Jed-Ware settings.

Detailed Reports (Agent Status)

With detailed reports, you can see things such as individual extension information, so you can see how many calls an individual has made and also the average call time for that person. You can also see how long and what status a particular agent has been in during the day. The pie chart shows what status an agent has been in which is helpful to spot if someone has been on “do not disturb” for too long.

Detailed reports (Queue Details)

You can also get detailed reports about particular queues. This tells you the number of inbound calls to the system, how many were answered and how many were lost. Here, you can also change the time frame for information instead of just seeing details for a singular day.
