Fully inclusive, onsite and remote IT support. If we can’t resolve your issue remotely, we’ll send an engineer to site as no extra cost.

How Much is IT Support for my Business?
With Reformed IT, Fully Managed IT Support costs £45 per user per month, with a minimum charge of £900 per month (20 users).

How Easy is it to Switch IT Service Providers?
Switching IT Service providers doesn’t have to be a stressful process. If your existing IT company is willing to provide the new IT team with information needed, it’ll be much easier and there will be a lot less hassle.
However, if the current provider isn’t prepared to do that, talk with your new IT team. They should be able to work around it and complete the switch relatively easily.

How Much SHOULD I Pay for IT Support?
It all depends on what services your business needs. For simple remote IT Support, you can expect to pay around £10 – £20 per user per month, but that only gets you the remote IT Support.
For some extra services within an IT package you could be paying between £20 – £40 per user per month, however, you’ll recieve limited services and perhaps miss out on some your business could desperately benefit from.
For fully managed IT Support services, you’ll be paying around £40 – £50 per user per month. With Reformed IT, £45 will get you all the IT Services you’re business will need to run efficiently and secure.
So it all depends on the services your business is looking for. If you pay more for IT Services, you’ll receive more.
It’s reccomended to look into a fully managed IT support pakcage as IT is something you shouldn’t go cheap on. You might miss out on crucial services such as Cyber security training or other services that keep your business secure.
How Long do IT Support Agreements Last?
Every IT Service Provider will have a different Support agreement length.
At Reformed IT, our IT Support agreements last a minimum of 12 months.
Do you Offer Discounts for IT Support?
No, we do not offer discounts for our IT Support packages.
However, we have a referral scheme. Any of our clients can refer a business and if that referral turns into an agreement, they receive a reward. The new client will also receive a discount for the first year of their IT support agreement.
Is IT Support Getting More Expensive?
Most IT support providers will decide to raise the prices of their services at some point.
At Reformed IT, we only raise our prices when we add more value to our services package.
before the IT Support pricing goes up, we let our current clients choose whether they want to extend the IT services agreement at the same price they are currently paying, making it cheaper for them going into the future.
